  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (you can increase the quantity if you like)
  • 1 Lemon (you can adjust according to your taste)
  • parsley
  • rosemary
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil

    preheat your oven at temperature approx 425 degree (F) or 218 degree (C)

    make your baking pan greasy for preventing chicken to stick on the surface

    melt unsalted butter with some additional olive oil you can use butter plus garlic if you like to add more garlic to taste. squeeze lemon according to your taste and some parsley

    In seasoning no need to get gentle go with salt and pepper

    fill chicken cavity with lemon and garlic or other additions you like for e;g rosemary or parsley

    let the bird cook in oven until its internal temperature reaches approximately 165 degree (F)

    Give it ten minutes rest and enjoy it with family and friends with sideline you like.
